 World Tourism Day is celebrated each year on 27 September. Its purpose is to promote awareness among the international community of the importance of tourism and its social, cultural, political and economic value. 27th September, WORLD TOURSIM DAY has been celebrated over the past six decades, tourism has experienced continuous growth and diversification, and it has become one of the fastest growing and most important economic sectors in the world, benefiting destinations and communities worldwide. It is estimated that tourism will continue to grow at an average of 3.3% annually until 2030. So, let’s keep exploring the best of our India and International trips as well, not due to the festive day of tourism but because “Travelling is the healthiest addiction”.
The Theme for World Tourism Day 2017 is Sustainable Development, In basic sense sustainable development stands for the Environment, Effective and efficient use of the Natural resources, Save our nature and beauty.
